AADMIXX is a Design+Build Studio specializing in custom residential projects for clients who appreciate the diverse architectural & cultural influences of urban life.
We call our style Urban Progressive. It's modern but not quite minimal or Miami & it possesses an industrial appeal that’s got some precision grit but is still very familiar & welcoming. Everything is intentional & precise but still left open for our clients to add layers expressing their own individuality & flavorful lifestyles.
Our designs will fit as easily into your favorite neighborhood setting as they would a lush vacation getaway. No matter the location though, our heavy favoritism of timelessness over trendiness along with our twenty-plus years of industry experience has enabled us to identify & bypass misguided trends, fortifying our aesthetic philosophies & emboldening us to develop a brand for our clients that maintains a recognizable appeal both distinctively & unmistakably ours.

Tobin & Bianca Green are a real life living working couple who founded AADMIXX in 2014 with a simple plan: Design modern homes that make recognizable statements in their communities & don’t let mainstream trends or local design guidelines strangle the creative process. Timelessness over trendiness is the standard. New tech is embraced, modern materials harnessed, & worthy trends explored, but they never turn their backs on their passion for antiquities or a proven design technique.
Art is never an afterthought in our studio. While architecture & design always hold center stage, we’re very proud to maintain a strong presence in the art industry. The second "A" in AADMIXX indeed stands for Art & we stand firmly behind our word as passionate advocates. We collect, we curate, & we work cohesively with artists to stay engaged & in the mixx both locally & on the national scene. Our original art education was developed in Detroit & New York City (Naturally, right?), & from 2018-2024 we worked exclusively with CASS Contemporary here in Tampa as project managers & sales consultants helping to produce high level gallery shows & large format street art installations with some of the worlds’ most influential artists. In 2024 we began accepting invitations to curate high level art exhibits through the AADMIXX brand name giving us the freedom to express our own unique visions, & in less than one year we’ve already curated 3 exhibits here in the Tampa Bay Area & one in Miami during Miami Art Week 2025. Our curations at The Edition Tampa have been beyond well received by the entire Bay Area & in this short time time we’ve also accepted the role of Studio Director for Scott Andrew Fisher’s Design Studio, SAFDS. Needless to say our creative tank is brimming & as we continue to evolve we couldn’t be more thrilled to see where these opportunities lead us. We aren’t graffiti writers or painters or muralists ourselves but the culture’s defiant tones fit right into our creative ethos. From an architectural approach we team up with one of our absolute favorite artists the planet, Bask, regularly to integrate custom painted textures seamlessly into our designs. The mural walls are all pre-determined in the schematic process & designed in a collaborative effort to assure that the architecture & art blend together in a cohesive harmony. This unique layer to our aesthetic establishes a certain type of residential rebelliousness prompting AADMIXX homes to stand as punctuations in their owners’ communities & pushing against traditional boundaries while still proudly nodding to the urban, natural, & even historic character of their surrounding environments.
