Right out of the gates the first AADMIXX project, dubbed 400 SOLA, was built on the back of our defiant urban verve mentality & we went all in right on the edge of Historic Hyde Park here in Tampa, Florida. No apologies. Upon completion it garnered 5 of the possible 9 AWARDS available at the annual Tampa Bay Builder Association’s Parade of Homes contest. These included the GRAND DIAMOND AWARD For the Best Overall Project of the Year, along with the BEST IN CLASS Awards for the categories of:

• ARCHITECTURE

• CURB APPEAL

• PRICE CATEGORY ($1.5M+)

• PRIMARY SUITE DESIGN.

That set the bar high & it’s since been our mission to raise it at least a little for every single project we take on. Your AADMIXX home will indeed stand out as a punctuation in your neighborhood & while we’re not boastful types over here all waving our trophies around, we’re also not ashamed of our design prowess or the hardware it earns.
