Scope:
Client wanted to introduce the AADMIXX signature Urban Progressive aesthetic to their family’s property in upstate Michigan. This cabin is Phase 01 of a 4-phase master plan that includes this “inland” cabin, a 3,000 SF Lake House, two accessory studio bunk dwellings next to the cabin, a remodel of the existing recreational house, a remodel of a potting shed, and a pump house.
